Q: What kind of cattle do you raise?
A: We specialize in Highland and Highland cross cattle, mini to mid-size range. All calves are raised on our family farm in McAlester, Oklahoma.
Q: When will calves be available?
A: Our first calves will arrive March 2026. We are not currently accepting deposits, but you can send us a message to get on the waiting list. Also you can follow us on social media for updates!
Q: How big will my calf get?
A: Minis and crosses vary in size depending on parentage. Most of our calves will mature between 35–45 inches at the hip.
Q: What is included with the purchase of a calf?
Each calf comes with:Halter training & daily handling
Health certificate & vaccination records
Sire/dam and genetics information (DNA/color testing where available)

Q: How much do your calves cost?
A: Our calves typically range from $3,000 and up, depending on color, gender, and genetics.Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Once calves are on the ground, we will require a non-refundable deposit to hold your calf until pickup. Details will be provided at that time.Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: At this time, we do not. Full payment is required before pickup.Q: Do you deliver?
A: Currently, we do not offer delivery. All calves are pickup only from our farm in McAlester, Oklahoma. Buyers are responsible for arranging transport. We can recommend transport services if needed.Q: What do I need to transport my calf?
A: A safe, enclosed livestock trailer is required. We will provide guidance and recommendations to help first-time buyers prepare for a smooth trip home.Q: Can you help load my calf?
A: Yes! All of our calves are halter-trained and handled daily, making loading easier. We will assist you on pickup day.Q: What will my calf eat?
A: Your calf will leave our farm fully weaned and accustomed to hay, pasture, and a starter grain ration. We will provide a feeding guide specific to your calf.Q: Are your calves good for pets or breeding?
A: Each calf will be evaluated individually. Some may be best suited as pasture pets or hobby farm additions, while others will be great candidates for breeding.Q: Will my calf be friendly?
A: Yes! All calves are halter trained and socialized with daily handling before leaving our farm. But as with most animals, continued socializing will ensure the animal stays friendly. They are cattle at the end of the day and need to be handled as such.Q: What if I have questions after I bring my calf home?
A: We provide post-purchase support via phone/email. We would love to hear updates or address any questions!Q: Can I visit the farm?
A: At this time, visits are limited to serious buyers picking up calves. We do share regular updates on social media and our blog!
